2014 Napa Valley CA. Rose
13.5% Alc. by volume
Vineyard: Robert Mondavi’s, Napa, CA
90% Cabernet Sauvignon / 10% Muscat Canelli
Two tons of grapes picked from Robert Mondavi’s coveted vineyards in Napa produced this rare Cabernet Rosé made in the traditional Saignée method of “bleeding off” the juice after limited contact with the skins. Blended with a pinch of Muscat Canelli to slightly sweeten the mouth feel, Rosé the Riveter is a welcome respite on a warm day. Best served chilled. Notes of Cranberry, floral, honeysuckle, citrus, kumquat.

GOLD MEDAL WINNING WINE – in the 2017 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Contest! We call this our “Earthquake Syrah” as she made it through the 2014 Napa Earthquake! Only five barrels of this classic fruit-forward Syrah were produced under the patience of Winemaker Pamela Adkins. Stored for 18 months in 20% new French oak barrels – not only is this grape and wine Pam’s favorite – it’s fruit forward, approachable a great wine with meats. Syrah’s like this will be on our pouring board for many years to come. Notes of smoked roasted meat, leather, black cherry.

2014 Russian River Valley, CA Pinot Noir
14.3% Alc. by volume
100% Pinot Noir Dijon Clone 777
Name Origin: Pardonné – (French) verb (used with object): Forgiven
Pinot Noir is renowned as a “finicky” grape – and challenges winemakers the world over in both skill and artistry to produce magic as good as this. In naming our inaugural production of Pinot Noir we quickly decided that Pam the winemaker must have been forgiven by the winemaking “gods” to produce this beauty that will surely fly off our tasting bar. Classic Pinot Noir – lighter “brick”color, medium bodied and low in tannins – you’ll immediately pick up its rich complexity and cherry, black plum and red fruit nose. Pair our Pardonné with turkey, salmon, pork tenderloin or even pasta – and you’ll be forgiven too!!!
2014 Sonoma, CA

Vineyard: Petris – Sonoma County, CA
Name Origin: Santé – (French) noun: Health
Cheers to your Health! Most everyone knows that Syrah is Pam the winemaker’s favorite varietal…and her 2014 Santé Syrah doesn’t let us down. These grapes sourced 1 vintage later and 1 mile south of our 2013 Syrah vintage – and never have you tasted two more different siblings! She packs dreamy aromas of dried meats and berries with a long luscious finish. Pairs great with smoked pork chops, spaghetti, steak – or even a gourmet burger. We can’t guarantee better Health – but we can sure wish it for you!
